Channel 4 News once more caught Israel in the act of apparently killing its own captured / MIA soldier in Gaza, when just minutes after a 72 hour cease fire come into effect Israel carpet bombed the Rafa city area where the soldier had gone missing, effectively seeking to kill EVERYTHING in the area, men, women, children and even their own missing soldier, resulting in over 100 deaths as Israel initiated what is known as the Hannibal Directive in the event of an Israeli soldier going missing in action, as managing propaganda is of primary importance to the Israeli zionist state.

The Hannibal Directive (Hebrew: נוהל חניבעל‎) or “Hannibal Procedure” is a secret directive of the Israel Defense Forces with the purpose of preventing Israeli soldiers being captured by enemy forces in the course of combat.

The order, drawn up in 1986 by a group of top Israeli officers, states that at the time of a kidnapping the main mission becomes forcing the release of the abducted soldiers from their kidnappers, even if that means injury to Israeli soldiers.[2] It allows commanders to take whatever action is necessary, including endangering the life of an abducted soldier, to foil the abduction.
