U.S. Congress in Violation of the Constitution, Sumpreme Law of the Land
Politics / Fiat Currency Oct 11, 2008 - 01:22 PM GMT
Constitution Mandates- Congress shall coin the money and establish the value thereof.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ALREADY DECREED that "Congress, being a "Legislative" Branch Body, does NOT have Authority to delegate-away to
a "Executive" Branch Agency, a Constitutionally-mandated Responsibility".
See, "U.S. Rep. Mike Synar vs. Synar", and "Synar vs Bowsher" (then Head of
G.A.O.). (in reaction to Graham, Rudman, Hollings Act)
If Congress can NOT do it with the G.A.O., by the same logic, -
Congress can NOT do it with the (private) Federal Reserve Corporation.
One need merely Re-File the "Synar vs. Bowsher" case - but change the defendant
from G.A.O. to the Federal Reserve Bank Corporation. It is "stare decisis"
Congress does NOT have Authority to "rent" the Nation's money-supply at Interest, from the "InterNational Money-Renter Cartel".
The "Federal Reserve Act of 1933" is clearly UN-Constitutional
Why is Congress Not Held to Obey the "supreme Law of the Land" ?
The Nation's problem is Not with "Wall Street" or the "Real Estate" depression,
or "Mortgage/Borrowing Rates". Congress is Violating the "Supreme Law of
the Land. - Why ?
