The long wait for the always imminent Second coming of Jesus Christ may soon be over, and not just for the worlds 2.1 billion Christians but 1.6 billion muslims who have also waited for millennia for his return that is said would follow the destruction of the city of Damascus.

The meaning of the true Christmas has been obliterated in the secular society that has turned away from religion and scripture. Churches are as much to blame as the popular culture. No sane person can be confident in the future. The country is in decay and disintegrating. Morals, values and ethical mores have been abandoned or been reduced to relativism that personal responsibility is practiced by only a small segment of the population. Christmas is supposed to be the celebration of the birthday of the baby Jesus. Mournfully, you would need to take a pilgrim's journey to find any evidence that this lesson of purpose exists.

The abrahamic religions creation stories state that the first human, Adam ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge and apparently became self aware, a bit like a child growing up. Well ironically something did change 75,000 years ago but it did not involve a talking snake and a magic tree, something changed when relatively physically weak Homo Sapiens as compared against the likes of Homo Neandetheral's that had similar sized brains or even compared against the more ancient Homo Erectus, something changed that finally allowed Homo Sapiens to successfully start waves of migrations OUT of Africa that continue to this very day!

The Pope’s remarks were well received by left-of-center politicians who embrace progressive policies. When the Pope left the U.S., he traveled to Latin America, where he spoke in his native Spanish and was more direct. While in Bolivia, Pope Francis had this to say: “Let us not be afraid to say it: we want change, real change, structural change,” the Pope said, decrying a system that “has imposed the mentality of profit at any price, with no concern for social exclusion or the destruction of nature.”

Where each iteration of religious ideology maps out its own true path towards salvation, one of following the rules and rituals as laid out in revealed doctrine of complete devotion to the Supreme Being, to constantly reinforce the belief that this life is temporary and to wholly focus securing entry after death to an eternal perfect afterlife, a paradise that will be granted to all followers of the religion by the supreme being that goes hand in hand with the threat of infinite pain and suffering that awaits all those who fail to follow the the one true religion as all of the others are false religions.

The 2014 movie Elysium depicts what in many respects has been taking place in Britain for over a decade as literally millions of economic migrants from across the world have descended upon Elysium (Britain) that erodes the social and economic fabric of the nation and ultimately risks an economic, social and cultural destruction of Britain.
This year (2015) continues the exponential mega-trend of an ever increasing flow of migrants as this year could see as many as 800,000 people attempt to make it to the promised land, to what many across the world as imagined to be the closest thing to paradise on earth, and to to get to paradise many hundreds of thousands of people are literally risking death as illustrated by the DAILY stories of the migrant ships drifting across the Mediterranean, that have cost several thousand lives this year.
