UK HYPERINFLATION - First Rampant Money Printing Now Inflating GCSE and A Level Grades by 25% / Politics / Education

The UK government has been busy printing money (debt) that the Bank of England has been dutifully monetizing (QE) so as to keep interest rates artificially low, near zero, the consequence of which is inflating consumer and asset prices, REAL inflation not the bogus inflation as measured by the highly manipulated CPI inflation index. You'll see money printing inflation consequences manifest themselves in house prices, stock prices and of course your weekly supermarket shops.
However, the Government is not done there with it's printing binge as this years GCSE results illustrate. There was a time when statisticians would warn of grade inflation as each year it became easier than the year before to get those pass rates and top grades usually by a couple of percent. However, THIS year we have not had grade inflation instead we have had Grade HYPERINFLATION! A 25% jump in the 7-9 grades given as the government buckled to those who never even sat the exams and let the teachers print the grades for their students as my following video illustrates has dire consequences for all those who hold 2020 certificates that are not as valuable as the grades suggest them to be just as the money in your pocket is not as valuable after the government printed £500 billion to pay for covid-19 handouts.

This Is the End of College as We Know It / Companies / Education

May was supposed to be a time of celebration. Normally, it’s when students across the country graduate from college and prepare to enter the “real world.”
This year was different. Coronavirus has shut down most colleges and universities. Last month, it was reported that 9 out of every 10 students in the world stopped going to school. That’s about 1.5 billion kids!
It’s anyone’s guess when colleges will reopen. But one thing’s for sure: the US university system will never return to its old glory.
Unlike airlines, hotels, and cruise ships, many colleges will NOT bounce back after coronavirus fades away. While they might not admit it, many colleges have already shut their doors for good because their business model never made sense in the first place.

Warwick University Offer Holders Open Days 2020 - Visitors Car Park 15 Parking / Personal_Finance / Education

So you will soon be off to Warwick University to attend the offer holders open day. A must is to book your parking slot at the University, as it can be a nightmare to park if you haven't as single and double yellow lines rule, you won't find a yellow line free curb anywhere!
Anyway you've got your parking pass printed and have arrived at the University, however it's not entirely clear where Car Park 15 is, all you know it's a multi-story one of many and the signs are not clear, so it can be a but daunting on ones first visit. So find out exactly where Car Park 15 is and where your expected to park right at the very top of the multi-story car park, be especially careful towards the end because it's a tight squeeze especially for SUV's!

It's A Level results day today that sees over 200.000 students across England and Wales off to their local school and colleges to pick up their results, to see if they have met the conditions for their University offers or not. If not then it will spark a series of frantic calls to UCAS clearing in an attempt to get a place at likely a different University.

Why Brampton Manor Academy State School 41 Oxbridge Offers is Nothing to Celebrate! / Politics / Education

The mainstream press has been busy today focused on how one London State school, Brampton Manor Academy has managed to achieve 41 offers of places at Cambridge and Oxford Universities, as though it is something to celebrate when the exact opposite is true! What about the hundreds of thousands of students from all of the other state schools? All this shows is how Oxbridge admissions are highly skewed towards those who know how to play the admissions system so as to engineer places into the Universities. Which is pretty much what the likes of the private schools have been doing for decades.
So, NO Brampton academy achieving 41 offers at Oxbridge is NOTHING CELEBRATE! The exact opposite is true! For it shows how little of Britain's state school talent actually makes it into Britain's top Universities which means they will not tend to churn out the best of Britain.
