Facing a shortfall in vaccine supplies due to the highly technical nature of production the EU has effectively declared war on Brexit Britain attempting to seize or steal Britains vaccine stocks due to the fact that Brexit Britain was able to act a good 3 months ahead of the EU in both procurement of orders for hundreds of millions of doses including Oxford AstraZenica's vaccines that are at the heart of the EU's vaccine crisis which Brexit Britain authorised use of during December that a slow to act EU has only authorised on the 29th of January.

After the “failed insurrection,” dozens of the mob were found to be watch-listed in the FBI Terrorist Screening Database. Most are suspected white supremacists. But the ultimate goals of some may have been even darker.
In a court filing, federal prosecutors have targeted one of the mob’s most colorful figures, Jacob Anthony Chansley; the shirtless “QAnon Shaman” with a headdress of coyote skin and buffalo horns. "The intent of the Capitol rioters,” the prosecutors believe, “was to capture and assassinate elected officials in the US government.”

President Joe Biden's pandemic relief plan proposes direct cash payments, enhanced unemployment benefits, vaccine funding, and help for state and local governments.
But Biden’s wish list has one unexpected item: a $15 federal minimum wage.
Labor advocates have been asking for this for years, and it’s no surprise a Democratic administration would try now. After all, the coronavirus has spread partly because so many low-wage workers have had to keep working in high-contact environments.
Raising the minimum wage won’t immediately fix that problem, so Congress might reject that part.

To illustrate how incompetent Britain's government healthcare system, the NHS response to the chinese coronavirus pandemic has been is the fact that only now in late January 2021 is the NHS recommending that people who suspect they have coronavirus monitor their oxygen levels at home before becoming more seriously ill and calling an ambulance to take them to hospital. This is shocking, as something which was obvious from the outset that an respiratory illness demands that one monitors their oxygen levels which is why I and I presume many others bought such devices for less than £30 from Amazon some 10 months ago in March 2020. Rather than wait for medical establishment to give their go ahead some 10 months late in the final stages of the pandemic as this video illustrates.

Here's what it's like for infants, junior and secondary school pupils trying to learn at home during lockdown 2.0. The incompetent and negligent mismanagement of the Coronavirus pandemic has resulted in chaos and disorder at every corner of the failure of the education system to respond to the pandemic. First we have the 6 month lockdown from March to September 2020, as the schools FAILED to reopen in June, despite there being little or not risk of infection from the virus during the summer months. That at the start of 2021 was followed by the catastrophic third wave as the UK government once more lost control of the virus resulting in the panic shutdown of all schools, which whilst necessary to bring the pandemic under control nevertheless is once more doing huge damage the life prospects of Britain's school children as this vide of what the children of Sheffield's schools are experiencing (Dobcroft example), as lockdown 2.0 could continue until after EASTER 2021!

Half a century later, Houston is a problem as some of its largest hospitals reach 100% ICU occupancy. Ditto for many other cities around the US.
This is a problem and it’s getting worse.
Meanwhile, the same pandemic that is filling hospitals is also killing jobs. The latest employment report showed the US lost 140,000 jobs in December. We are still down almost 10 million jobs since last winter.

However the chinese virus is not done with reeking havoc on the worlds population, at least in western nations with their ageing populations that for the likes of Italy stand at an average age of 45 against developing nations such as Pakistan with an average age of just 22 years which at least goes some way to explain why the covid crisis is just not as bad as it is in the West. Though India with an average age of 26 seems to be suffering that bit more than Pakistan is so this anomaly could be down to -
a. A weaker strain of the virus.
b. Less testing so most patients with covid are unrecorded much as was the case in the West during the March / April first wave of the chinese virus.

In the past month, US B-52 bombers flew over the Gulf three times in a show of force the Trump administration called a deterrence measure. Presumably, to keep Iran from retaliating on January 3; the first anniversary of the assassination of top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani in a US drone strike.
The international concern is that President Trump could resort to military action against Iran, even in his remaining days in office.

Today was Eliza's first day back and school, unfortunately it could the first and last for some time as a NEW UK Coronavirus total lockdown is imminent, that looks set to include the closure of all UK schools due to the new strain of the virus that is 50% more virulent spreading like wildfire sending the number of daily cases soaring with NHS hospitals full to the brim with covid-19 patients without any spare capacity for the daily onslaught of over 1000 patients arriving per day.
Whilst the Nightingale hospitals proved to be disastrous waste of resources, for without doctors and nurses a hospital bed is just the same as any bed. Therefore this time round there is no mad rush to activate Nightingale hospitals which during the chinese viruses first wave pulled desperate resources away from NHS hospitals that likely made the April death toll worse than it would have been, a painful lesson learned.
